Shipping Policy

At DARKCIRCLE, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review the following information regarding our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery options:

Shipping Methods:

  • UK Domestic Customers:

    • Royal Mail Tracked: [Cost]
    • Free Royal Mail Tracked: For orders over £160

  • EU 27 Countries, United States:

    • Express International: Shipping costs calculated based on location
    • UPS Express International: Shipping costs calculated based on location

  • European, North American, and Rest of the World Customers:

    • UPS Express International: Shipping costs calculated based on location
    • UPS Express International: Shipping costs calculated based on location


Processing Time:

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days.
  • Most items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, subject to our current workload and time of year.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • During busier periods, holidays, and sales, please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch.

Order Tracking:

  • All orders are sent with tracking information.
  • Once your order has been fulfilled and collected by your chosen courier, you will receive a copy of your tracking information via email.
  • You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Time (Non Sale Period):

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and the destination.
  • For UK domestic customers, estimated delivery times are 1-2 working days.
  • For European, North American, and Rest of the World customers, delivery times are subject to your location and chosen courier. For Europe we aim to have your order with you in 4-8 working days. North America 4-8 working days and The Rest of the World 5-10 working days.

Important Notes:

  • Customs and Duties (for NON UK orders):

    EU27 countries, all taxes and duties are included in your price at checkout and you will not incur any additional or suprisee charges.

    United Stated, all taxes and duties are included in your price at checkout and you will not incur any additional or suprisee charges.

    Customers outside of these locations are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply to their order. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
