Our made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you once your order has been placed. These items are not held in stock and are crafted based on demand to ensure quality and reduce waste.

  • Unless stated, estimated production time is up to 21 working days from the date your order is confirmed.
  • This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Production will begin shortly after confirmation, and your order cannot be modified once it enters production.
  • As all items are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
  • Shipping times are in addition to the production timeframe.
  • Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

As each item is made individually, there may be slight variations in colour, finish, or detailing. These are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of made-to-order products.
