All Black Friday purchases are final sale and non-refundable, unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Size exchanges are accepted.

We now ship all orders to the EU (27 countries) and the United States with all taxes and duties included.
There are no additional charges on delivery — what you pay at checkout is the final price.
This ensures a faster, smoother customs process with no unexpected fees.
Orders shipped to all other destinations (outside the UK, EU, and USA) may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
DARKCIRCLE is not liable for any charges or delays caused by customs processing in your country.
MISSING ORDERS

Refunds or replacements can only be processed for missing parcels within 30 working days of the dispatch date.
