We’re looking for interns to fill spots in our creative team. We require a minimum 3 month commitment and an ability to dedicate 5-8 hrs a day, 2-4 days a week.

Established in 2008, Dark Circle is a design firm and creative collective. Through bold graphics and quality design, we create apparel that intelligently conjures thoughts of movements, individuals, and ideologies of days past and present. We seek to produce goods that neither sacrifice quality nor style. At Dark Circle our motto is simple: forget everyone and listen to yourself. Strength lies in the hands of an individual, not in the approval of oneʼs peers. 

We are specifically looking for intelligent, responsible, creative and self-motivated individuals to help keep the always-busy Dark Circle machine moving forward. You will have the opportunity to provide support for all marketing and PR, seasonal photoshoots, product placement and music/lifestyle events, and work directly with magazine editors, blogs and fashion stylists in promoting our new collections. Duties also include but are not limited to assisting sales, administration and design departments. Throughout the internship, you will learn the inner workings of an independent apparel company. 

Reimbursement includes Travel and a seasonal clothing allowance. 

We’re also offering design internships with the following focuses:

• Apparel Design Interns will assist the Art Department in all visual creative aspects of the company. Including but not limited to seasonal apparel design, apparel graphics, tech packs and promotional materials. You need to be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator. Illustration ability is a plus, as is knowledge of Adobe Indesign.

• Visual Creative Interns will focus on assisting on product and catalog shoots, and maintain/create images for our social media feeds. You Must be proficient in Photoshop, have a basic HTML knowledge, ownership of your own SLR camera is a bonus and a knowledge of how to use it is a plus.
